December 2012
ooc; I lost track of time and have stuff to do so catch you guys later~
“Well… I was going from place to place looking for my friends, but now I’ve kind of settled in here…” Sora explained as he crossed his arms, his face pensive.
“I found my friend Riku a while ago, but I haven’t seen him since…”
“Sounds like fun!”

“Hm? I wonder…what’s he like?”
“Oh… I see” She murmured quietly toying with the small ring on her little finger. “Ah. Yes, candidate… You see there is a war currently going in my country. I and my class well we are destined to stop it…” She said quietly unsure how to exactly explain.
“Why are children being left to fight a war?!” She asked. Aerith has both experienced and seen many cruel things in her life, but this seemed by far cruel. A future with war was no future at all, especially for ones so young.

“It’s nice to meet you, too, Miss! I’m Sora.”
“Nice to meet you too, Sora. My name’s Aerith!”
“So what brings you to Moogletown, Aerith?”
“I’m not sure, I might have just wandered here from home. Though, it seems like a lovely place to sell flowers, so I think I’ll do just that! And you, Sora?”

petitlily started following you
Looking at the new comer she stared for a moment, watching quietly until she slowly made her way over. “Oh. One moment please.” Reaching up she adjusted the bow tying up her hair.
“There~ Much better!”
“Oh?” She tugged her ribbon a little. “Thank you! It must have started slipping a little. My name’s Aerith, I sell flowers in a place called Midgar. And you?” She smiled to the young girl.
“Rem Tokimiya. My apologies, I don’t usually invade other people’s space. It just looked like… Well it is a very beautiful ribbon. I am a Candidate for the Suzaku Fiefdom of Rubrum.”
“Thank you, Rem and nice to me you! It was a gift from a very dear friend of mine from when we first met.” she said, smiling softly. “Candidate?”

“An..Imperial Army?”
Aerith’s curiosity stretched more, although she was unsure of carrying it further. The most she knew of armies was ShinRa’s personal one; consisting of mako infused SOLDIERS, though they were long disbanded. The one Gabranth spoke of sounded almost grandeur. Of course, being clad in armor, he definitely was not from Midgar, but he seemed trustworthy to meet and meeting others was always fun for her.
He nodded. “The Archadian Empire is one of the largest nations in Ivalice.” It had only gotten that way through decades of brutal conquest, of which he had been both a victim and an aggressor. “And what of your world? Where do you come from, miss Aerith?”
“Midgar! The Sector 5 slums beneath the plates if you want to be exact. It’s a city that supports itself on plates, but nothing like the Archadian Empire. Gaia has all sorts of places, but Midgar is the largest.” she replied, thinking fondly back to her travels.
Nice to meet you all~
“It’s nice to meet you, too, Miss! I’m Sora.”

Oh? And you are? My name’s Aerith. -leans in on and folds her arms behind her, smiling-
[doesn’t even bother to look up at the woman, and fidgets nervously, before replying in the same meek tone]
I am…Aria…
Don’t be shy, Aria, I don’t bite at all. Nice to meet you~!

“Aerith, flower seller in Midgar!” she smiled, using both her hands to shake the man’s. “Nice to meet you too, Gabranth.” Blinks, letting go and folding her hands behind her. “What does a Judge Magister do?”
What an uncomfortable question. Even after almost twelve years of holding the position, he was never entirely certain of how to explain it to those who lived outside the reach of the Archadian military.
“I serve the royal family,” he said, conveying no doubt in his tone of voice, “and I lead the Imperial Army.” That was not, strictly speaking, true in his case. Most of his tasks related to intelligence, interrogation, and torture… but that was not something he wished to discuss with a complete stranger.
